Many Americans intuitively know that something is very wrong with the federal income tax system. It seems so unfair and:
• Oppressive;
• A violation of our basic rights;
• Slavery, or at least INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, which is banned by the Thirteenth Amendment;
• A DIRECT tax that should be apportioned among the states;
This all leads many Americans to wonder if the income tax is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
In this presentation, Peymon Mottahedeh, founder of Freedom Law School, will show what the U.S. Constitution says about income taxes, direct and indirect taxes, and the Sixteenth Amendment. He will review what others in the income tax freedom movement have said about the constitutionality of income tax laws, and will make it crystal clear to you whether the income tax laws conform to the U.S. Constitution.
