The Fox Guarding the Henhouse

Correct me if I'm wrong but is the fox guarding the hen house?

The idiom, the fox guarding the hen house is an old one. It means someone has been put in charge of something that is too tempting for them to ignore as if they were a fox (who eats chickens) given the job of protecting the chickens.
