In the first incident, Erdogan pointed a finger at Johnson and said, "Ah, is he the one disgracing us all?" Johnson points menacingly and Biden pretends to hold him back. Later, Erdogan snuck up behind Johnson and put his hand on his shoulder, causing him to rise out of his chair, brush the hand off and grab back in retaliation.
