After accidentally missing the SCUBA trip I had planned, I decided to make the most of my day in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and head out to the Old City, Al-Balad, to explore a bit on my own. It was amazing to wander the streets of the city as a solo tourist and discover things as I went. I met some interesting folks and was the only tourist in sight!
