When neighbors attack V

This man is still trespassing. I was attacked 3 times and this man is still under me every day hacking my computers and cell phones. He should be in jail and women in America are not respected and have to mete out our own justice !!!! Now with security cams in every window and at the door,
I FEEL LIKE A PRISONERS. NO LONGER ENJOYING MY PROPERTY ! I AM LIVING IN FEAR !!! FEAR!!!
