Fighting two Giant Bluefin Tuna’s with standup gear!

When using standup gear you feel all the power of the beast transmitted through your harness.
It’s my preferred way to fish, but not for the faint hearted. The key is technique, a good harness and a comfortable pad.
We like to use 50/80lb reels, anything smaller simply won’t have enough line capacity, and the 130lb reels are too heavy.
In this video we are using 50lb rod and reels! 💪
