Bowled 30 str8 games with 18 games 200 or more. I believe by using the SHORT Jab & quick pull back will be a much better release for me. I think the follow though makes the angle I need much harder to achieve. the SHORT quick jab & pull out of my hand out of the ball make less chance for error each time. yep I was RIGHT watch my 40th televised practice games were I bowled all 30 games with NO follow though & used the short jab then pull out of the quick short jab with ZERO follow though. I was totally RIGHT. I enjoy bowling with the quick no follow though jab. it more fun & way less effort. see for yourself in my 40th bowling video! its NIGHT & DAY meaning there is NO way I will go back to a follow though toss & I DO MEAN TOSS of the ball. the follow though is what was holding my games back!! and I MEAN that! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A FOLLOW THOUGH for the first or the strike ball. I WILL follow though on some of my spares though.
