Why quality protein matters so much to our health!

You are what your food eats.

With that in mind, we begin to see how the protein sources we eat can dictate our own health. Are the chickens allowed to roam free and eat what nature provides, or are they packed into a house with no room to move. Are the fish you eat caught in the wild or are they packed into a tank where they swim in their own filth? Are the cows allowed to feast on a grass-fed diet or are they kept fat with grains and antibiotics? All of these are important questions to ask whenever we're purchasing our own meat. Regardless of the quality, many of us aren't getting enough of this essential macronutrient!
