There is no real estimate for how many serial killers are on the loose today. authorities claim there are as many as 50 serial killers operating today. A serial murder is the unlawful killing of two or more victims and there are more than 222,000 unsolved murders since 1980. We ask our guest Author Richard Estep if he thinks serial murders have increased, decreased or remained the same.
