IT TAKES TIME! No frills, nothing exciting here. Both these dogs were bouncing off the leash when they first arrived with bad intentions. They are not finished, along way from it! But they are learning and thus they are staying alive! Great job by Scott, taking it slow, letting the dog figure it out, and working within the Ridgeside way - meaning "the training has to transfer to the owner". No promises and no guarantees with aggressive cases - but we will never be outworked. Dealing with aggression is often ALL about the owner. We will make the dog manageable. But to tackle aggression it takes lifestyle changes, communication changes, praise/reward changes and requires management at all times. No magic pills, no magic wand - it takes time and training.
