I️ get calls all the time (and I️ love them) from friends, clients and more. “Hey my neighbor’s house needs a lot of work. Do you still buy houses that need a ton of work?”
After viewing the home, I️ had an idea on numbers. I️ sat with the seller’s, had them explain the situation and what would the perfect offer look like.
I️ know there’s good money to be made in this flip but I️ also have a soul. At the end of the appointment, I️ recommended for the 1st time the sellers do a reverse mortgage and stay in the home. That is best for their situation and needs.
I focus on helping the people, everything else falls in line after that.
