Grounding day 5 - toes in the sand

It was another beautiful morning here! The sun was shining and there was a nice refreshing breeze. I enjoyed the sand between my toes and even took a moment to dig my toes into the sand.

Grounding has been known to help reduce blood pressure so make sure to take some time to get outside and touch the earth today!
