This week we begin our study looking as statistics for mental health among the Church. This is a topic that is often overlooked in most churches and many Christians are afraid to come forward and seek proper Biblical counseling. Their is a taboo among many Christians that if they are suffering with anxiety and depression that it is an indicator that something is wrong with their Faith. In this study we will debunk these myths and show that you are not alone.
