R-Type: TurboGrafx-16 Min) VS. Nintendo Switch

Irem's R-Type has been around for some time. The game was released in a home port on the original PC Engine / TurboGrafx 16 in a great home port. R-Type was also included as part of the line-up for the TurboGrafx-16 Mini. The Nintendo Switch has a nice remake called "R-Type Dimensions".

The Nintendo Switch remake has an interesting twist, where you can switch to modern polygonal graphics and back to retro sprite-based graphics.
