NATO welcomes Sweden, Finland, names Russia as potential threat

The NATO summit in Madrid has reached a landmark decision, agreeing to admit Sweden and Finland into the alliance, greatly expanding its influence in Europe. A memorial service for RCMP Const. Heidi Stevenson, who was killed in the April 2020 Nova Scotia mass shootings, has finally been held after a long, pandemic-driven delay.
