Regardless of what your goals are you are always confronted with some form of discomfort in reaching those goals. This is especially true when the goal is changing your body or your health. It’s not enough to learn how to cope with discomfort. You must learn to embrace it. You must make it a target of accomplishment. A symptom of progress. Today I explore this concept and discuss techniques to achieve this mindset shift that will not only help you change your body and your health, but serve you in every other area of your life moving forward.
