Are all your affairs in order? How do you handle stress? When is it appropriate to worry? Do you see eye-to-eye? Can you look a stranger in the face? What qualifies the concern of uncertainty? Is face-to-face communication your strong suit? Can anything be done about that source of worry? If so, then it is not worry. A healthy level of stress is averting distress. Too much dis-stress inherently results in dis-ease. Preoccupation with stress of the unknown accumulates in our system leading to exhaustion. We cannot focus, and our mind wanders. We are easily distracted. Attention dysfunctions begin to rule our lives. Multitasking becomes our primary function because we are unable to pay attention to one issue at a time. Our head is no longer on straight.
