Firstly that the Secretary of Health perform his statutory duty and suspend or cancel the Covid-19 vaccines, and secondly, that the Court rule the decision to extend the vaccines to 5-11 year olds is invalid at law, as the Secretary of Health lacked the legal power to make the decision
