2A Victory In California Magazine Ban Duncan V. Becerra

A 3 Judge panel of the 9th circuit court of appeals ruled that the magazine ban in California is unconstitutional. However it looks like until a final ORDER allowing Californians to purchase mags is written by the judges who made the decision the original order by Judge Rodger T Benitez will stand pending final appeal.
