Heat returns Thursday, highs in the 90s

Thursday the heat returns to SE WI with highs in the upper 80s and low 90s. That heat arrives courtesy of a gusty southwest wind, which will gust as high as 35 mph mid-day. Skies will be partly cloudy with only the slightest chance for a few sprinkles late afternoon. The better chance for rain holds off until after 11 pm as a cold front moves through.
