Trust should be rooted in ones mind, body, heart, soul. Trust the Universe, and trust oneself
-Openness
Open the self to infinite possibilities. Open the self to your dreams, to the light of the Universe. It will open itself to you!
-Gratitude
In this moment, at any given moment, what one has, is what one needs. Nothing more, nothing less. You/We are enough
-Acceptance.
Accept that this is where one is meant to be. You/We are okay, right where You/We are
-Intention
Set one’s intentions as already existing. Instead of saying, “I will (eg) have happiness,” say “I am happy/I have happiness”
--Water Sounds, Forrest sounds, bird sounds are known to have relaxation effects, peaceful thinking, connection with nature, they have been used in meditation for a long time. Many authors reckon that this noise for the brain is pleasant and triggers relaxation, reduces the combative fight-flight response which is the reason for a lot of stress and stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone that is destructive for us.
Close your eyes and imagine that you are part of bigger thing- YOU ARE PART OF THIS EARTH AND THIS UNIVERSE -- and IT IS GICAL
-It is time to be more Conscious and connect to Earth and Universe, with the higher power, let's take a self development and self improvement journey
Meditation has many benefits however some of the most noted ones are:
--Reduces and alleviates stress, possibly applied to any situation one can be or had been
--Promotes productivity especially if it is done daily
--It Helps us you stay focused
--It Improves relationships due to above benefits
--It regulates mood by a change of hormones: from cortisol/stress hormone to release of happy hormones
--Be just YOU
--Enjoy life, be with YOURSELVES FOR THE MOMENT & AT THE MOMENT
--Enjoy Nature with its all Majestic Self
In order for everything to work we need to embrace magical moments
Concentrate and focus on beauty LOVE & LIGHT & FAITH to engage healing
-Music has shown time after time to benefit for relaxation, sleep, even focus.
-Visual cues will orient or highlight critical information. It will assist in controlling where the viewer will look or direct attention.
--So both cues will and may guide perception into:
1-Guide attention
2-Increase time attention to to a given task into learning that task
3- May reduce extraneous load on working memory
4- Can improve efficiency, processing
5-May enhance learning and retention during learning process
