Father of victim who ignited a nationwide parents' rights movement returns to school board meeting

Scott Smith is the father of a young girl from Loudoun County, Virginia who was sexually assaulted in a bathroom by a transgender student.

After demanding answers from the school board and making his opposition to transgender policies in the district known, Scott was arrested in June of 2021 after the meeting was declared an "unlawful assembly."

More than a year later, Scott returns to face the Loudoun County School Board and make public comment, issuing STARK demands for accountability.
