WHO IS JAMES TOPP?

James is a veteran on a 4000+km march across Canada. He spent 28 years of his life in service to Canada in the Canadian Forces as a Warrant Officer and Infantryman. James has been outspoken against the Federal Government mandates that have been eroding the quality of life in Canada and trust in it's institutions for the last 2 years. James will be reaching Ottawa on the 30th of June and he won't be coming alone. Plenty of Canadians who feel the same way will be adding their voice to his in a Canada Day we won't surely forget.
