You have to take chances from time to time. Sometimes you win. Sometimes not so much. I take out a bit of a loan to pick up more land on our way out of winter. Harvests end up having a great yield and we turn the fields back around for more potential profits. Plus I end up having a bit of a little horse problem along the way.
