Diversity conference attendees can't say how they'd fix systemic racism

Kerry Diotte attends the World Diversity in Leadership Conference in Edmonton, where attendees were in agreement that Canada was systemically racist — but had no suggestions or examples of actions the country could take tomorrow to fix its issues with racism. Hey, we could think of one solution (it starts with that guy who can't remember how many times he wore blackface).
