Range Report: Thompson Center T/CR22 (Ruger 10/22 Clone)

This Range Report I shoot and review the T/CR22 (.22LR) rifle from Thompson Center. This rifle is a clone of the Ruger 10/22 with a few upgrades, the biggest being a last round bolt hold open. This seems like a high quality and well built rifle. How does it shoot? Is it worth the money? These are my thoughts, experiences and experiences with this great firearm.
