Camas groups vie over cannabis access; Initiative 1 likely postponed from November election

In 2015, members of the Camas City Council voted 5-2 in favor of a moratorium on the growing, manufacturing, processing, and sale of marijuana in the city. Five years later, two groups are vying over the future of that decision.
