Baltimore Congressional candidate Kim Klacik has a powerful message for the country: if you really care about Black Lives, vote Republican!

Kim is the Republican candidate looking to fill the Baltimore congressional seat left vacant by the late Rep. Elijah Cummings and she is taking on Democrats — both local and nationwide — in a viral video that blasts entrenched leaders for allowing Baltimore to descend into decades of poverty and crime.
