Pilot gets notified when target is in range and on the front screen you can see a fixed circle where pilots needs to aim and release the unguided missile cluster. Thats also the reason why pilots of attack helicopters and Su-25 point their noses upwards when firing.
Kamov Ka-52 "Alligator" is using computer to calculate the trajectory of the unguided missiles, which enables pilots to fire off cluster of unguided missiles from safe distance. Accuracy is comparable to artillery systems.
