Guided Gratitude Meditation & Visualization

Hello friends! Thank you for joining me as we walk through a comprehensive guided meditation and visualization specifically based on gratitude. Please do not operate a vehicle or machinery while listening to this guided meditation. To prepare for this meditation, find a comfortable quiet space where you will be undisturbed for approximately 30 minutes. Ideally, you will want to be in a seated position with your spine erect and your eyes closed. A cool dark room with a comfortable chair works very well!

Gratitude is one of the most powerful and uplifting emotions one can feel. In addition, we can use the emotion of gratitude to rewire our brains for greatness! With regular practice, gratitude can become a habit meaning you will align with and attract more of what you desire...health, wealth, happiness, confidence, joy and abundance.

Remember, there is no "bad" meditation, even if you feel unfocused and distracted. Stick with it! Anytime your mind wanders or you are distracted during the meditation, simply bring your focus back to your breathing and then the meditation. Do not judge or criticize yourself for having a wandering mind. Meditation is a "practice", the more you do it the better you will become. Although, a wandering mind will always present itself even for the most avid practitioners. However, the more you practice, the quicker and more efficient your focus will become allowing for easier alignment.
