Tomatoes? Crushing it! Peppers?Roasted!

This year I decided to make crushed tomatoes instead of tomato juice--saved a lot of effort and mess. We don't drink tomato juice anyway and the crushed tomatoes have a lot more body to use in recipes.

As far as my over-producing peppers (including those crazy habanadas that I'll never grow again) it was time to shrink up the volume by roasting.
