2019 Sugaring

In 2019 we switched most of our maple trees from buckets to 3/16" tube on a low vac system using a SeaFlo pump. The yield from the trees is much higher, enabling you to pull from the sugarbush longer in the day than with buckets. Plus it's easier as all the sap comes right into the sugar house storage! In the 2020/2021 season we will be working to improve our sugarbush so that we can produce even more.
