Part 5 of building a Shaft Diameter Reduction Tool, which will be used to reduce the shank diameter of D-bit drills that will be used for step drilling long bores for bagpipes.
This is inspired from an article " An Unusual Turning Tool-Holder For Slender Work-Pieces" by W.M.H., The Model Engineer, June, 1950.
