    How simple, you just extract the money from the pockets of people who are throwing it away... with a siphon hose! Once you find these people, you convince them that you are the trash receptacle where the money needs to be thrown, and... Voila! Who needs to throw their own money away on a fucking "College Degree" when, firstly, you don't have it, and secondly, it's nothing more than another Siphon Hose someone else wants to jam into your pocket... or into your veins.
