Nicole Solas is a South Kingstown, RI mom who simply wanted to know what would be taught to her child in their school system.

One would think it seemed to be a reasonable request but was met with unreasonable, extraordinary fees. The high hurdle gives the appearance that the school system simply doesn’t want parents to know what children are to be taught.

She was threatened with lawsuit for simply following instructions given to her by the school committee and then sued by the NEA.

To this date, 6-28-22, the information requested has not been given to Nicole Solas.
