Please explain to me WHAT THESE FLAGS are doing at MY CITY HALL?

I am sick of seeing these flags everywhere I go and so are most people. Apparently appeasing Ukranian Nationalists like Cristophet not so Freeland happy to sell out thier own country to NATO and LBTQ++++++ERS is more important then...I dunno AFFORDABLE GROCERIES, HOUSING ETC?
