NCLA Seeks Preliminary Injunction Against Dept. of Education

NCLA has filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction in a lawsuit challenging the U.S. Department of Education’s (ED) application process for the Fulbright-Hays Fellowship, which unlawfully discriminates based on applicants’ nation of origin.
