Chicken 2 1/2 kg
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsps
Oil one cup
Flour (atta) 2-3 tbsps
Roasted cumin seed one and half tbsps
Roasted fennel seed(saunf) one and half tbsps
Roasted coriander one and half tbsps
Black paper half tbsps
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsps
Red chilli powder to taste
Cardamom green and black 3:1
Grind all masala in powder form
