Free Jam In E | GENE PETTY DUO | BOB BLYMAN

Free jam in E picks you up in the middle of whatever you were doing and then drops you off somewhere else.
Mostly Rock Blues in E is what all the old jams were about. At the end of rehearsal someone would always shout "E" and there would suddenly be a groove followed by a free jam in the key of E blues.
The jam would not actually follow blues form. It would employ blues chords and blues leads, but there was rarely ever 12 bar repeats any where in sight.
