Duncan V. Becerra Ca Mag Ban Will Becerra Appeal?

Xavier Becerra who is the AG for California has until August 28th to appeal the ruling in Duncan V. Becerra which by a 2 to 1 vote determined Ca's magazine ban unconstitutional.
