Nothing, visible or invisible, seen or unseen, is greater that God.

You are made in the image of God.

Jesus was the perfect example of what the image of God looks like

Q. What was there before God made the world?
A. All the heavenly host were with God before creation.

God’s Heavenly House Hold/Divine Counsel:

Job 38:4-11, 4“Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding, 5Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it? 6“On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone, 7When the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy? 8“Or who enclosed the sea with doors When, bursting forth, it went out from the womb; 9When I made a cloud its garment And thick darkness its swaddling band, 10And I placed boundaries on it And set a bolt and doors. 11And I said, ‘Thus far you shall come, but no farther; And here shall your proud waves stop’?

Psalm 82:1-2, 6 1God (elohim) takes His stand in His own congregation; He judges in the midst of the rulers (elohim; other translations say gods.) 2How long will you judge unjustly And show partiality to the wicked?
6I said, “You are gods (elohim), And all of you are sons of the Most High.

Exodus 15:11, 11“Who is like You among the gods, O LORD(Yahweh)? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, Awesome in praises, working wonders?

Deut. 3:24, 24‘O Lord GOD, You have begun to show Your servant Your greatness and Your strong hand; for what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as Yours?

1 Kings 8:23 23He said, “O LORD, the God of Israel, there is no God (elohim) like You in heaven above or on earth beneath, keeping covenant and showing lovingkindness to Your servants who walk before You with all their heart, (Solomon’s prayer)

Psalm 97:9, 9For You are the LORD Most High over all the earth; You are exalted far above all gods(elohim).

John 1:14, 14And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:18, 18No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.

John 3:16, 16“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

John 3:18, 18“He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

1 John 4:9, 9By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.

The sons of god and the morning stars were present before the creation of the world. They witnessed it and celebrated the work of God.

The Elohim serve with the Lord as His Divine council. Not because God needs it, but because God chooses it.

Jesus is Creator and not a creation.

Application:

God is in control of all events and all situations.
