Dog refuses to walk forcing owner to DRAG it across floor in NYC's Central Park

This is the moment a lazy pooch refused to walk any further - forcing his owner to drag him along the floor.

The pup caused quite a scene in Central Park, New York as bystanders gathered round to take photos and videos of the amusing incident.

The footage shows the pooch planted down on the ground as his owner desperately attempts to move him.

The video was filmed on June 12.
