Meal Prep: Pulled Pork: Mojo Style

Almost every month I make pulled pork in the slow cooker. I make it different every month. This month I was inspired by the cilantro and parsley growing in my garden to do a Mojo flavor profile. This is going to be very versatile and delicious. I did not add peppers to this one just because it's meal prep so I'll add them later depending on what I'm putting the meat in but feel free to make it as spicy as you want!
There's a lot of fancy slow cookers out there but if you're thinking of getting one, I really prefer the no frills slow cooker. They're also cheaper.
