Good fats: Avocados, ghee, butter, heavy cream, olive oil, unrefined coconut oil, any unrefined oils (the veg, corn and soybean oil you buy in the store are all heat processed, and cause damage)
Must haves:
4,500 mg Potassium - Each Avocado 1000 mg
500 mg Magnesium
4,000 mg Sodium (2 teaspoons salt)
1,000 mg Calcium
Vitamin D
B-1 (benfotamine)
Breakfast: Coffee, or bulletproof coffee (if you won't skip a meal) - To make it "bulletproof, you just add 2 tsp - 2 tbsp of ghee or butter. If you do add butter, your body will think it's a meal though. So, you aren't fasting, and you should probably add protein powder.
My fav foods: Steak, eggs, chicken sausage, roast turkey lunchmeat, lamb, hamburger, bacon, sausage, avocados, asparagus, brussel sprouts, arugula, spinach, spring mix lettuce, berries, apple cider vinegar (use in dressing)
