Doom 2: Back To Saturn X Episode 1 (Switch Add-On) - Map 24: Within Reach (UV-Max)

This is it, the map everyone's been waiting for! Welcome to Tough Skin River, the 24th level of Back To Saturn X Episode 1, renamed to "Within Reach" in the console port after the song playing during the level. Like the name says, you need tough skin to even think about tackling this map, because it is INSANE! Most of the first half isn't too bad except maybe an ambush from a horde of about 100 imps on the way to the yellow key, but the second half definitely earns this map its name! As soon as you pick up the red key, all hell breaks loose! As the way out of the room lowers, you're immediately surrounded on all sides by Cacodemons flying in over the fence around you. About a minute or two later, a horde of Imps and Pinkies teleport in, followed in another minute or two by a group of Mancubi. Next come the Revenants and Arch-Viles (kill the Arch-Viles FIRST as they teleport in, as you don't want them resurrecting this entire horde!), and the all-out siege is finally topped off by two Cyberdemons! You'll spend about a third of your time on this map just fighting off this ambush! But that's not even the end of it! As you progress toward the blue key, you get a small ambush from a couple Cacodemons and Hell Knights, with an Arch-Vile teleporting in after hitting the switch to activate the elevator. And finally, in the exit area, you get one final ambush with a horde of Mancubi and a horde of Arch-Viles. If you can survive all this, you have conquered Tough Skin River, and ultimate victory is Within Reach as you approach your getaway boat, The Unsinkable Fats Domino (renamed to The Unsinkable Skinny Dynamo in the console port in compliance with removing the Guided By Voices references)! But can a ship truly be unsinkable?...
