08-20-20. Remember that 53 acre Southern Illinois property that we cleared about 6 acres of super thick trees and brush here this May? This is a wildlife management/land improvement project, and this property is actually some Illinois hunting land for sale. Well, it has now all grown back up (7 to 8 foot high some spots), and it is time to head back and bush hog the road system and newly made land clearings again. It is time to convert these new clearings into some fall food plots! Join me for PART 1 of today's adventure as I haul the Bobcat T650 CTL and Blue Diamond severe duty cutter back to this 53 acre Illinois farm and get it all cleaned up again. Of course, things did NOT go as planned... On the way over I blew a tire on my equipment trailer, and that was a joy trying to get that thing changed. But once I got there the Bobcat T650 started making up for lost time! Join me in the cab of the Compact Track loader as well as some good camera angles and some look backs at the before and after views of the same areas of this farm as I tackle the brush hogging with the Bobcat skid steer!
