25-year-old Congressional Candidate Madison Cawthorn gives inspiring speech at RNC 2020. Madison is running as the GOP candidate for Congress in North Carolina's 11th Congressional District. At age 25 he will be the youngest member of Congress in over 100 years. Madison was homeschooled and he suffered a tragic accident at age 18 that left him paralyzed from the waist down.
