Blackbuck Antelope: Moloka'i Hawaii | Mark Peterson Hunting

During their upland hunting trip in Hawaii, Mark Peterson and and his father Earl were able to secure two of the limited BlackBuck tags on the Island of Moloka'i. The BlackBuck was introduced to Moloka'i in the early 1970's as a part of plan to create a safari on the island. Found primarily on the western half of the island they have no know predators so the population has flourished. Earl strikes first with his Gunwerks rifle on a great blackbuck and Mark follows up soon after with a great shot at over 400 yards with his Gunwerks Clymr 7lrm.
