This drum set was sent to me free to review, but I am not in any way affiliated with the company. They contacted me and asked if I'd like to review something from their website, so rather than reviewing another one of their guitars, which I've already done in the past, I ordered my daughter a kid drumset instead. This one is pretty decently made. It is similar to the First Act Discovery toy drum kits you see on Amazon and at retailers like Wal-Mart, but it's actually cheaper and BETTER. The 13" bass drum has hardware lugs just like its bigger cousins whereas some of the other ones you find do not. Also, some of the other kids sets you find do not have resonant heads on the bottoms of the snare and tom tom. Resonant heads make for a better sounding drum. In this video, we'll show how to set the kit up properly and I'll provide some tips for improving it and getting the best possible sound.
