*let’s begin with a question I put out on social media relating to two of the Constitutional questions the U.S. Supreme Court Addressed this week and disputable legislation that just passed through the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives this week

The Question is:
*With a government set up with "Checks and Balances" by three branches of government what is the Constitutional recourse when two of the three branches violate the inalienable rights under The U.S. Bill of Rights?
*With The U.S. Bill of Rights Being The Final Recourse Against Government Abuse “The Founding Fathers” codified a list of “Rights” (Not Privileges) they believed were essential to maintaining a Constitutional Form of Governance.
*These Inalienable Rights from Natural Law Are “Life” “Liberty” and “Property” so what will result from any branch of government infringing on any of these rights like government already has? A lot to ponder here and now, but what is clear “Communism” of any name or level is in direct conflict of Natural Law and “Life” “Liberty” and “Property.”
*Red Flag Laws if enacted directly contradict the Second Amendment which comes second to protect the First Amendment and all others including several other amendments regarding “Due Process” and “Personal Property” directly. So it does make sense that those out to destroy our nation would attack and dilute the Protection from Tyranny
*A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
*An FYI: In many state constitutions “The Militia” is defined as “Organized” being the National Guard under state’s governor’s and the Federal Government’s control and “Unorganized” as being made up of We The People “being necessary to the security of a free State.” Our Founders were wise and concerned about the abuse of a “Standing Army” under Federal Control, and rightly so.
Here is a “Slippery Slope” that is being used to bring the destruction of Our Nation: the issue of Roe, which must not be intertwined with the Right to Bear Arms. The question will be when does Life Medically and Actually Begin To Fall Under Constitutional Protections. Qualifications

** It doesn’t stop there! The Government is shutting down a major Winchester ammunition manufacturing plant from selling to the public, Why?
*The U.S. Army that operates the plant is forcing the plant to reduce production taking 30% out of the market affecting costs and reducing availability!
*Should the U.S. enter into a shooting war with Communist China over Taiwan that move would also cause a shortage of availability to not only the military, but also the public.

**Now let’s go back to the Second Amendment and Our Founders ultimate wisdom “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Remember the definitions of Militia we already explained.
**So what exactly did the Supreme Court do last week to protect the Constitutional Rights of Americans that has the Anti-American Political Class so upset? Let’s review a few segments from mainstream media newscasts and then hear from some constitutional experts on the matter.
